decent stay near museum island
hotel location helpful staff free coffee
the hotel location was really convenient. i could easily walk to museum island and lots of restaurants were nearby. the staff was helpful, especially with directions. the free coffee in the morning was a nice touch, i appreciated it.
the room felt a bit cramped. storing my luggage was hard because there wasn't much space. the climate control didn't work, so the room temperature was hard to adjust.

breakfast had many options, though the layout felt a little busy. the coffee bar in the lobby provided free coffee in the mornings. several restaurants are very close to the hotel.

the hotel location is great for sightseeing because it is near tourist spots. the river spree is nearby, providing many places to walk. i found plenty of nearby restaurants and places to see.

my room has good sound insulation because i didn't hear much noise. the room included basic things like a hairdryer and tv. elevators were sometimes slow, this was a bit frustrating.

convenient location clean room available reception
I found the location quite convenient. It was very close to the train station, a definite plus. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed like a hairdryer and kettle. The reception was available at all times, which I appreciated!
The room I stayed in was much smaller than I expected, almost like a box.

generous choice train station early access
The included breakfast offered a generous choice. The location was close to the train station. I found many restaurants and cafes nearby. The desk staff allowed early access to our rooms, which I appreciated.

small room missing minibar
The room I had booked were quite diminutive. The bed stood right up against the wall. I found there was neither space nor a wardrobe. There were no evening meal facilities. There were also no room service or a minibar available. This was a definite oversight for such accommodation.

small room unfriendly staff
the hotel's location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The room i received felt smaller than expected. housekeeping didn't remove used cups or replace towels. the front desk staff weren't particularly cute at check-in. One even seemed to ignore me initially.

the location was good (i liked the area). the staff were helpful.
The room was small. i found the bed too shaky. It really affected my sleep. the lift wait times were ridiculous. i had to use the stairs, and they were hidden and not maintained .
