The included breakfast offered a generous choice. The location was close to the train station. I found many restaurants and cafes nearby. The desk staff allowed early access to our rooms, which I appreciated.

The location was convenient. It was easy to get to from the airport (which was a relief after a long flight). Rooms were very comfy and tidy (I especially liked the soft beds).
The climate control was poor. Even with the conditioner off, the room was too warm, and I found it difficult to sleep with the window open because of the noise. The assortment of toiletries was lacking (I only found hand soap and a combined hair and body soap).

The room I had booked were quite diminutive. The bed stood right up against the wall. I found there was neither space nor a wardrobe. There were no evening meal facilities. There were also no room service or a minibar available. This was a definite oversight for such accommodation.

the hotel's location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The room i received felt smaller than expected. housekeeping didn't remove used cups or replace towels. the front desk staff weren't particularly cute at check-in. One even seemed to ignore me initially.
